Questions

How many big heads should we get?

Some groups get one each, others share a few. A single head is £22, and packs of 5 or 10 cost less per head.

What photo works best for a big head?

A clear, front-facing photo with good light and her whole head in the shot. Only send photos you have permission to use.

How long does it take?

You get a proof to sign off within 2–5 working hours (Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm). Once you approve it, it is ready 2 working days later. Express gets you a same-day proof (order by 12pm) and it is ready the next working day.

Can I collect it?

Yes, free, from Units 38–41 Campsie Industrial Estate, Derry BT47 3XX, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 5.30pm. Banners and props can also be posted.

Do I need my own design?

No. Our design service is £24 (£20 + VAT) with one round of changes: send the details, your photos and a picture of something you like. If you already have print-ready artwork, upload it instead and there is no design charge.
