Return & Refund Policy

At iPrint (1925) LTD, every product is made to order and customized just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Printing Errors (Our Mistake)

If your item arrives with a printing error or defect caused by us, we will make it right. In such cases, we may:

  • Reprint and resend the corrected item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue a refund to your original payment method

To report an issue, please contact us at info@iprintdesign.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • A clear photo showing the printing error or defect

Once verified, we’ll resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

Because our products are custom printed, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:

  • Customer errors (e.g., typos, wrong size, incorrect file submitted)

  • Change of mind or personal preference

  • Items damaged after delivery
