Who we are

Iprint & Design, Units 38–41 Campsie Industrial Estate, Campsie, Derry BT47 3XX, is the data controller for personal information collected through www.iprintdesign.com. You can contact us on 028 7126 7509 or through the contact page.

What we collect

When you order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, and the details of what you ordered. When you upload artwork, we store the files you send us so we can print them. When you use the contact form or the live chat, we keep what you write to us. The website also collects technical information such as your IP address, browser and the pages you visit.

Why we use it

To take, produce and deliver your order. To answer your enquiries. To keep the records we are required to keep by law, including for VAT. To improve the website and, where you have agreed, to send you marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

Who we share it with

Shopify, which hosts our store and processes payments. Our courier, so they can deliver to you. The service that handles artwork uploads and the service that runs our live chat, each only for that purpose. Meta (Facebook and Instagram), which sets a pixel on our site for advertising measurement; you can control this through the cookie settings and your Meta ad preferences. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Order records for 6 years after the end of the tax year they relate to, as HMRC requires. Artwork files for 12 months after your last order so we can reprint. Enquiry messages for 12 months.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask for a copy of the information we hold, ask us to correct or delete it, object to marketing, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). Write to us at the address above.
