Collection

Collect free from Iprint & Design, Units 38–41 Campsie Industrial Estate, Campsie, Derry BT47 3XX. We are open Monday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm. We will let you know by phone or email when your order is ready.

Delivery

Cards, leaflets, letterheads, booklets and posters are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2 to 3 working days) or Tracked 24 (next working day), priced by weight at checkout. Orders to Ireland go by Royal Mail International Tracked (3 to 5 working days). Boards, banners and print runs over 20 kg are collection only unless we arrange courier or pallet delivery with you by phone or quote; we confirm the method and cost before dispatch.

Turnaround

Turnaround starts once your artwork has been approved, not when the order is placed, and delivery time is on top. If you have a deadline, tell us when you order and we will confirm whether we can meet it.

Damage in transit

Please check your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, tell us within 2 working days with photographs and we will reprint or replace it.
