Terms of service

Iprint & Design is a trading name of Print Chameleon Ltd, registered in Northern Ireland, company number NI720889. Registered office: Unit 41, Campsie Industrial Estate, Derry BT47 3XX.

Orders and artwork

By placing an order you confirm that you have the right to reproduce the artwork you supply and that it does not infringe anyone's copyright or trademark. You are responsible for checking spelling, layout, bleed, colour mode and resolution before approving. We print what you approve.

Proofs

Where we send a proof, please check it carefully. Once you approve a proof, or tell us to proceed without one, we are not liable for errors in it.

Colour

Printed colour can differ from what you see on screen, and there can be small variation between print runs and between digital and litho. This is normal in print and is not a fault.

Quantities

Trade practice allows a small over- or under-run on longer print runs; we will charge only for what we deliver.

Payment

Online orders are paid in full at checkout. Bespoke work is payable on the terms stated on the quote. Prices on the site include VAT at 20% unless stated otherwise.

Cancellation

Because printed items are made to your specification, you cannot cancel once production has started. If you cancel before we start, we will refund you in full less any design or proofing work already done.

Faults

If we have made a mistake, tell us within 7 days of delivery with photographs and we will reprint or refund at our choice. Our liability is limited to the value of the order.
